| Charles Urtuzuastegui grew up in Yuma, Arizona near the Mexican border. His grandparents were migrant workers who followed the harvest year round between the San Joaquin Valley in California and Yuma Valley. Charles worked in the family dry goods business from the age of nine through high school and summers during college.
After attending college in Los Angeles, he earned his law degree at the University of Arizona in Tucson. He returned to California after passing the Arizona Bar exam and was admitted to practice law here.
Charles first job as an attorney was with the Pasadena City Prosecutors Office. After four years of public service, he joined the law firm of Hart & Mieras as a partner and, later, became a senior partner. In recent years he opened his own law practice, continuing his working of representing clients in matters relating to probate, divorce, living trusts, driving under the influence, adoption and much more.
Charles has been married for 35 years and has one daughter.
